• membership application responses, including your interests, availability, contribution preferences, declarations, and conduct-history response;

• communications you send to us and your choice about receiving programme, event, workshop, or opportunity updates; and

Please do not include unnecessary sensitive or confidential information in free-text fields or uploaded documents.

Application information is kept while we assess the application and, if accepted, while needed to administer the membership relationship. Afterwards, we retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for record-keeping, dispute resolution, safety, or legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it where practicable. Hosting or support providers may process data in locations outside your state or country, subject to applicable safeguards.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to or a summary of your personal data, request correction or erasure, withdraw consent, opt out of updates, or raise a grievance. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may mean we cannot continue an application where the data is necessary to assess it.
